Customized massage sessions blending therapeutic and relaxation techniques based on your body’s needs that day.
Prenatal Massage
A customized massage designed to support the changing needs of pregnancy and promote comfort, relaxation, and well-being. We also offer a specialized orthopedic pregnancy cushion that allows many expectant mothers to comfortably receive massage in a face-down position. Positioning can be adjusted throughout the session to ensure your comfort and safety at every stage of pregnancy.
Focused Therapeutic Session 45 minutes
Ideal for addressing one or two problem areas. This session provides focused therapeutic work for specific concerns, such as neck and shoulder tension, headaches, low back and hip discomfort. To allow adequate treatment time, this session is limited to targeted work and does not include a full-body massage.
Restorative Hot Stone Massage
A deeply calming massage experience that combines the soothing warmth of heated stones with customized massage techniques. This session is designed to melt away tension, promote circulation, and support full body relaxation while helping you slow down and reset.
Extended Therapeutic Session
Ideal for clients with multiple areas of tension, chronic pain patterns, or those who simply prefer a longer, more comprehensive massage experience.
Mobile Massage
Limited mobile massage appointments may be available depending on therapist availability, location, and scheduling. Please call or text to inquire about availability, pricing, and whether a mobile session may be a good fit for your needs.
